Salary package basic salary $1700 - $1900, monthly attendance incentive $300. ​Job responsibilities provide sellers/partners/internal staff with friendly and professional communication during call transactions and email inquiries, provide excellent customer service and attend to partner's request of assistance, advise clear and accurate information based on sellers/partners/internal staff enquiries, handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet sellers/partner/internal staff expectations, follow-up on cases when necessary, able to settle escalated cases within the specified limit in accordance to the company’s pickup policy, other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job requirements working hours 9am-7pm (mon-thu), 9am-6pm (fri), no saturday & sunday work no shift work, only singaporeans, able to start immediately will be preferred, casual wear environment, jeans, tees, covered shoes e.g. sports shoes preferred, working location at toh guan road east, shuttle bus from jurong east mrt (jcube) to office.
