Customer Service New Concept Sign and Display Pty Ltd location Sydney, South West and M5 Corridor. About the role duties will include but are not limited to taking phone/email orders answering of phones and replying emails, processing orders and invoicing in myob, booking couriers and printing labels, assisting store person to pick orders and other warehouse roles when it's necessary, checking picked orders, account receivable, data entry, others roles assigned by the management. Skills and experience sound knowledge about how to use myob and microsoft office, minimum 2 years experience in customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player that is able to commence under pressure in busy periods, highly organized with multi-tasking abilities, physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs, capable and reliable, hold a valid full driver license, australian citizen/permanent resident new zealand citizen.
