Customer Service Belle Property Australia location Sydney, North Shore and Northern Beaches. Salary $60,000 - $64,999 including super & car allowance. Belle Property Neutral Bay is an Award winning Property Management Team specialising across the Lower North Shore. Supporting our team of dynamic, skilled property managers, your primary responsibility will be providing 5 star customer service to our tenants. You will directly report to each property manager to ensure properties are ready for occupation and assist in achieving monthly KPI targets. You will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member. We will provide you with comprehensive training and guidance, access to the Belle Property Training Academy and a coach. On boarding new tenants with concierge style service, assisting two property managers as required, complete in-going condition reports, complete routine inspection reports, arrange repairs and maintenance under the direction of each property manager, assist in arrears management, maintenance of the key register for our properties, sign residential tenancy agreements when required, back up leasing, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and take a medium to long-term approach to their growth and development. You need to be enthusiastic, efficient, have great attention to detail and take initiative. You must be self-motivated, with a polished appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A certificate of registration, driver's licence and car are essential.
