Customer Service Network Plumbing Group of Companies location Sydney.

We are a rapidly expanding plumbing business based in Terrey Hills. Our staff are fun, happy and hard working. We are looking to fill a newly created position within our existing CSR/Dispatch team. Our business is Monday to Friday during normal business hours. The roll will comprise of:- receiving inbound phone calls and booking our technicians to respond quickly to jobs, going through our data base and outbound calling to advise our customers when services, repairs or maintenance are needed on their properties.

The winning candidate must have a fantastic happy, can do attitude and have basic experience with excel, e-mails and great phone manor. Experience in previous roles of this nature is preferable. We will provide on-site training with all you can drink Barista coffee available all day and we will also provide all the support needed to succeed.
