About the role we are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to assist in the fast-paced Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. This hands-on role involves working in a Customer Service Team who display care and understanding for their customers, whilst problem solving various inquiries on a daily basis. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service, always.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team by performing the following duties answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls. Using our CRM to answer a variety of web based and email enquiries. Monitoring and coordinating the movement of freight. Liaising with contracted agents such as carriers and depots. Liaising with warehouse personnel and management.

The person amber is seeking someone with a friendly and ambitious personality to join our fast-paced business, who has at least two years' experience working in a customer contact centre, distribution and warehouse facility or office environment. Experience working within the transport/freight industry highly desirable but is not essential.

We are looking for someone who has high level of literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing a high level of customer service. A willingness to be hands on, with a "can do" attitude. Time management skills (ability to prioritise). Reliability and punctuality. A willingness to work flexible hours. Wanting to be part of a successful team.
