The role working out of our Acacia Ridge depot on a Mon-Fri 0630-1436 roster, you will be responsible for providing administrative services to the business to enable supply of quality warehousing and transport services.

Key responsibilities establish and maintain effective liaison with personnel in other Toll Logistic branches. Maintain effective telephone communication with customers. General Office duties filing, telephone, computer etc. Actively support and participate in quality management procedures and practices. Arrange vehicles to transport customer's products.

Confirming orders and raising relevant paperwork for dispatch. Purchasing of goods and raising purchase orders subject to Business Manager approval. Facilitate receipt of credit/returns into the warehouse, Pallet Control. Confirming orders and raising relevant paperwork for despatch (PRAs, CWDs etc). Responsibility for ensuring compliance with regulated driving hours and management of driver fatigue in the operation of a heavy vehicles, both our own and those operated by other parties coming on site.

Skills & experience ability to provide exceptional customer service. Accurate and adhere to deadlines. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Knowledge of computer systems including SAP & 1-Stop. Understanding of Warehouse and Distribution Operations. Computer literacy in Word and Excel. Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation. Transport experience – advantageous. Inventory Control experience - highly regarded.
