Our client is a leading online Alcohol e-commerce shop, that has been on an upwards trajectory since it launched 2012. We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to help over the colder months with the higher volume of work. This is a fantastic role working in a friendly and professional team where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment helping customers with any delivery or order queries. This role will be working Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm.

What's on offer competitive hourly rate of $28.86. Fantastic location working in the heart of Surry Hills. Friendly and motivated team environment. Responsibilities could include but are not limited to answering customer queries via online chat portal. General office administration, Online stock control, Checking and processing online orders and invoices, Troubleshoot online orders, Being an all-rounder where required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration. Experience in delivering a high level of customer service. Strong written skills, Strong computer/Microsoft package knowledge. Great can-do attitude. The nitty gritty fine print.
