Fine Art Finishing Company located in Rosebery requires a customer service member to perform front desk duties. Applicants must have good English skills, be well organised and able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or front desk is essential.
Duties include answering phones for customers queries, jobs in progress, etc. Booking couriers and organising in house driver runs. Invoicing small clients, cash reconciliation and EFTPOS. Weekly / Monthly tidy up of jobs and entries into system.
