Based in Penrose, our client is a very successful Import and Distribution company. With an extensive nationwide distribution footprint, they are a recognised and valued supplier to their clients across New Zealand. They are a very progressive, forward-thinking company and are in a massive growth period.  On their behalf, we are looking for an ambitious, driven, and upbeat person to join their team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be busy fielding a variety of client enquires on products, stock availability, delivery ETA's, as well as following orders through to customer delivery. We need someone switched on, who can problem solve and react to a multitude of different situations and can focus on solving customer queries or issues, in the most effective way. It is very important that customers receive the very best service and that their current and future needs are being looked after.

The role answering inbound customer service and sales enquiries, and following through to resolution. Monitors the sales email inbox and action response. Preparing quotations, processing orders. Help problem solve and provide solutions to customer. Setting up new clients, ensuring the data in our CRM is up to date. Meeting customers’ requirements quickly and efficiently and ultimately add value to their business. Fulfilling associated administration. Working in with other departments, especially  thesales team.

What you need to bring fantastic phone communication and relationship building skills. Previous Customer Service experience- 2 + years. The ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative. Proactive working habits.

Takes ownership of client relationships, giving great service and brilliant follow up. Good systems skills, ERP exp, preferable SAP. Happily, adds value to the team. A long-term commitment to develop in your career. You will have great listening skills with an upbeat communication style that your customers enjoy and welcome your calls.
