An opportunity has arisen for a professional Customer Resolution Consultant to join a global organisation. This organisation located in the south east suburbs of Melbourne has an established an exceptional reputation for delivering quality customer service.
The role will commence as a full time temporary ongoing position As a Customer Resolution Consultant, your role will be to specialise in customer interactions requiring further investigation, multiple contacts and interactions with the wider business. it is the responsibility of the Customer Resolution Consultant to manage these until a solution is found.
Your key responsibilities will incorporate handling phone and written complaints from a variety of customers on technical product issues as well as products outside of warranty. Resolve escalated consumer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and the business and take complete ownership of the customer experience. Initiating the most cost effective course of action for resolving complaints. Engaging customers using your negotiation and conciliation skills. Take responsibility for acting as the customer advocate.
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities a strong proficiency in complaint handling or similar role. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. Skilled in dealing with challenging situations and competing priorities. Strong business acumen & demonstrated experience in customer service environment.
A willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals. As a strong communicator, you will feel comfortable responding to service enquiries relating to a range of products and services –full training and ongoing support will be provided! Attractive hourly rate! Weekend shifts will accrue relevant shift allowances.
