About the role manage the intake of new and returning customers, ensuring agreements are financially sustainable and meet customer needs and expectations. Manage administration of internal contracts. Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve any package related issues. Capture and maintain customer information in various management systems. Work efficiently and with a high level of accuracy. Positioned based in Pakenham (negotiable).

About you have excellent communication and computer skills, attention to detail and are highly organized. You are an experienced customer service officer with computer based contract management skills. You have experience in disability, health or community service. You are able to problem solve, apply logic and make decisions. You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen.

Requirements to be considered for this role, you must provide the following current Driver’s License and your own vehicle. Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee). Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, you are a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. Satisfactory National Police Check for 'Employment in Disability' (no more than twelve months old).
