Customer Relations Summit Smash location Cooma. $25 – $34 per hour.

Summit Smash Repairs in Cooma is expanding, and we have a newly created position of Customer Relations available with immediate start. In this role you will be self-motivated and able to work independently of constant manager direction.

The position requires you to greet Customers face to face. Deal with customer and insurer enquiries either over the phone or face to face. Book vehicles in for repairs, follow up customers on arrival and departure dates and time.

Organise hire cars through our onsite SIXT business. Ensure customers are given daily updates on the progress of their cars. Complete filing daily. Maintain a clean workspace. Assist the rest of the team to get better at their roles and offer advice for us to improve customer service. General admin assistance to management.

Summit Smash is the only IAG approved repairer in the Snowy Monaro region. IAG has the market share of the insurers in this region, so this contract along with our other long term fleet work providers means work is never short and there is plenty of overtime if you want it, however any overtime is left to your discretion. There is never any pressure.
