Looking for a change? Our client in the Education Sector has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Specialist due to an internal promotion. This role offers the flexibility of two days working from home each week and is a full-time, permanent position. Here are the specifics:

Role Overview:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Employment: Permanent full-time

Location: Wellington CBD

Responsibilities:

This dynamic role involves onboarding and enrolling trainees, managing course bookings, distributing course materials, and handling essential paperwork. Your efforts will directly contribute to customers achieving their qualifications.
