Customer Experience Representative Southern Hospitality Ltd location Auckland. $60,000 - $64,999.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Experience role based in our Auckland office to shape the future of hospitality with us. That might sound a little cheesy, but it’s true! We want someone so passionate about this industry that they’re always looking for new ways to promote it, talk about it, challenge it, or even change it.

This role’s main focus is to provide exceptional assistance and guidance to our internal and external customers by using your knowledge of our products, services, and service agents, with a specialised focus on stock control and logistics support.

If you’re friendly, super organized, love process and also love going above and beyond, then keep reading because we want you. Collaborate with Stock Control & Logistics teams to ensure returned items are correctly processed and released for re-sale quickly.

Assist the logistics team to rehabilitate quarantined stock for re-sale (Scratch & Dent process). Control the RMA helpdesk and direct tasks to relevant people. Control the Freight Claim helpdesk to ensure damaged stock is replaced, repaired and/or claimed for.

Give timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. Facilitate the processing of warranty claims. Collaborate with shared services to resolve disputed credit items.

Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations. Keeping an eye out for ways that we can do things better as a company. No, seriously. We really mean that. NCEA level 3, with at least 2 years in a Customer Experience/Service experience.

Great team player, but also self directed. A whiz with time management (super organised), and switched-on with IT tech. Talk, speak and write like a boss. Problem solver, that can juggle a bunch of stuff, and get stuff done, with a smile. Detail is your friend.
