Description

This role involves managing people, processes, and technology (including Salesforce) to drive customer satisfaction, bookings, and business growth.

What you’ll do:

Optimize customer journeys and team performance

Implement new technologies to improve service

Lead and develop your team to meet monthly standards

Manage budgets and contribute to business planning

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 12 months in a similar role

Salesforce experience

Leadership skills and a valid NSW driver’s licence

Strong influencing and negotiation skills
