About the Role:
• Conduct thorough assessments of claims to ensure accuracy and validity, determining the appropriate course of action for each case.
Act as the primary point of contact between external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies.
Work closely with various internal teams, including operations, on-hire staff, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of claims.
Perform detailed investigative tasks to gather all necessary information and documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering guidance throughout the claims process, and ensuring clients receive timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions, preparing reports or updates as needed.
About You:
Prior experience in a customer service role (ideal but not essential as we hire based on attitude and willingness to learn!).
Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages (desirable but not essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Tech savvy and strong administrative skills.
Embody an enthusiastic and empathetic personality.
