Customer Engagement Manager Eight Recruitment location Newcastle, Maitland and Hunter. Salary $65,000 - $70,000.

Our client is a leading provider of behavioural therapy and allied health services in New South Wales and are one of the Hunters well know NDIS providers. With over 10 year’s experience they have the best of the best systems in place to support their clients. By joining this boutique company, you will have a genuine input to making a difference to the community. In this new role, you will take over an existing portfolio of clients located throughout NSW, QLD and VIC and be responsible for the continued success and development of your clients.

Your new job Customer Engagement is the first contact point for all new enquiries. You will be responsible for establishing this new Customer Engagement Team which includes refining systems/processes, liaising with your internal stakeholders and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will require a strong background working in a similar role and be able to add value with your exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and have outstanding planning and organising skills demonstrating initiative at all times. You will be managing the intake and booking appointments with therapists and really need to understand the importance of efficiencies and billables.

About you in this role you are supporting a team of fabulous of Allied Health professionals and will take pride and care in the customer journey. You are the first point of contact so you need to be genuinely committed to making a difference to the community. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, you need to express empathy, have strong problem-solving skills and be able to manage high volumes of work. You are good at managing people and their expectations. Oh and you know your way around a MAC.
