Zoos Victoria has a unique opportunity to join our Customer Engagement Team. This team plays an important role in centralising and supporting our product and membership sales as well as our education programs, events and general enquiries across three great Zoos; Healesville Sanctuary, Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo. To be successful for this role you will have an understanding of Zoos Victoria's mission to become a world leading Zoo Based Conservation Organisation and the enthusiasm to sell the unique experiences we have to offer. You will possess excellent customer service skills with proven interpersonal and communication skills to match. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to self-manage performance against business requirements with a high level of attention to detail.
