Customer Care Receptionist Hampton Park Veterinary Hospital location Melbourne.

We are looking for a talker Yep being one, is an employable asset when you can focus that skill and connect with our clients. You will be welcoming face of the veterinary practice and responsible for taking care of our clients, front of house duties’ and along the way receive a few pet cuddles.

If you have a nothing is too much trouble" attitude and are willing to go above and beyond to impress our clients, make them feel comfortable, then you will be the  perfect fit.  This role is the vital to our team performing seamlessly. Maybe you have previous veterinary nursing experience and want to move fully into a customer care role or from a completely different industry that has excellent customer relations skills.

The clincher is you must possess professional presentation. Proven outstanding customer care skills. Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone & computer skills. You must be able to thrive in a busy veterinary hospital environment. Manage multiple priorities at once whilst maintaining attention for detail. You must have proven cash handling sales experience seen as an advantage.

If you are organised, can work unsupervised and follow instructions(with your own flare and initiative of course ) then this job is for you. The part time role has some flexibility 4-5 days per week which equates to approx  20-30hrs.  You would need to be available for shifts 8.15am- 2.15pm, or afternoon shifts 2-7pm and a share of Saturday Roster about 1 in 3.
