Responsibilities build and maintain quality relationships with supporters (donors) - new and existing, seek to retain supporters who are looking to cancel their donation, make calls to supporters to upgrade or reactive their regular donations, respond to a range of enquiries and providing a high level of service, making any amendments - changes to supporters donations or details, inspire supporters and grow loyalty in order to increase revenue, process donations as required from mail, web and fundraising appeals, participate in team projects to assist with marketing and fundraising activities. Skills demonstrated customer service experience, high level communication and relationship skills, good organisational skills, ability to work in a team, sound computer skills, especially with ms office.
