Customer Care Officer Westpac location Auckland.

Instead, they help us achieve our vision by doing everything they can to help our customers resolve issues with arrears and debts across Overdrawn Accounts, Mortgages, Personal Loans and Credit Cards.

This vital role will help our customers with their debts in their greatest time of need, particularly following the impacts of Covid-19. You will be responsible for negotiating payment solutions, all whilst providing the highest level of customer service and managing the risk for Westpac. This position would operate on a rotating roster between the hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm.

What you’ll need to succeed previous experience in a call centre and/or banking (ideally in a collections environment). Energy, enthusiasm and a positive personality. Strong negotiation skills and a genuine desire to help people. Ability to work successfully within set policies, procedures, and frameworks.
