Customer Care Consultants 10 – AWS + Any 5 days in the week east (taiseng/ubi), $1800 – 2000/month, aws, full benefits of al and ml, shift allowances for some shifts, gain an insight into the contact center working environment. Job scope backend customer service duties to answer queries, follow up actions via phone calls and email, data management in office setting. Any 5 days of the week in these shifts 8am – 5:30pm, 12pm – 9:30pm, 9:30pm – 8:15am.
