We are on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Toowoomba QLD!

You'll be working with a friendly and supportive team to serve customers via phone and email, and offering support on our Trade Counter when required.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Provide high level customer service via phone, email, in person, and our other business systems
Support our Trade Store counter as required, customer requests, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad hoc duties
Action requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
To be successful, you will have:

Clear verbal and written communication skills
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
Forward and proactive thinker who can think outside the box
Retail experience and industry knowledge advantageous, but not essential (training can be provided)
