We’re looking for a Customer Care Officer who is a local Newman resident, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and over the phone
Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
Basic computer literacy (Windows PC)
A passion for helping customers and delivering results
