About the job as a Customer Care Centre Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across various communication channels, including phone, email, and webchat. You will help customers with account and billing enquiries, mySAWater Support, water quality concerns, meter readings, and other services.

Provide clear and timely information while delivering positive and culturally respectful customer experiences. Work collaboratively within a team and across different areas of SA Water. This an excellent pathway for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people seeking a career in customer service.

Who we are looking for this opportunity is ideal for candidates who have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for helping people and providing great customer service. Are team players who can also work independently.

Have good problem-solving skills and can manage multiple tasks at once. Are eager to develop new skills in a fast-paced and supportive workplace. Have experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, community work) – not essential but highly regarded.
