We are seeking a caring & compassionate Customer Care Agent to assist & identify solutions for our members who may be wishing to cancel or have missed payments on their insurance policy. $65,700 Package (60K Base + Super) + Monthly Commissions. Permanent position - paid induction training and career progression opportunities. Career progression opportunities available.

The opportunity we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Customer Care Agent to join our committed team based in Norwest Business Park.

Working within a collaborative team environment, as a Customer Care Agent you will liaise with our existing customers who have missed payments on their insurance policies or wish to cancel their insurance policy. Work with the customer to provide an excellent customer experience to understand the reason for the client's request to cancel. Provide solutions to support customers in making an informed decision on their policy. Adhere to all compliance and quality processes.

What are we looking for experience within either a customer service, sales, collection, or retention environment. The ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding financial arrangements. Well-developed ability to understand and address customer issues and find solutions to suit customer needs.

Empathetic nature towards customers combined with the ability to address and defuse customer complaints. Positive, pro-active and self motivated. Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced Call Centre environment. Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
