The role we’re looking for a detail-orientated, methodical administrator to join our supporter-facing Partnership Services team. As part of our call centre team, the successful candidate will predominantly assist with data processing functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative extraordinaire who is looking to combine their strong customer care skills and passion for accuracy with a vocation that has missional impact. This is a fulltime permanent role based in our central Auckland office.

Key responsibilities manage incoming calls from our audience and supporters. Proactively demonstrate professional customer care skills in a fast-paced environment. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Accurately enter, edit and maintain supporter data.

Process cash, credit card & automatic payment reconciliations. Uphold principles of privacy and confidentiality when working with personally identifiable data. Provide cover for reception as required. Assist in mail management and postage.

About you previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Technical aptitude and the ability to learn software programs. A passion for our purpose and the willingness to uphold our shared values. Proficient using Office 365 applications.
