Customer & Operation Support Executive location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Knocknok Technologies Asia Pte Ltd. Responsibilities be a positive problem solver for customers and business partners against product and services, system and operation workflow problems, coordinating among different internal departments to ensure smooth operation, maintain customer relationship, manage service appointments thru in house system, conduct product training/demo from time to time to end users. Requirement at least 1 years of customer support and operation experience, previous sales experience is a plus, excellent written and verbal communication skills- bilingual is preferred, must be organised and detail oriented, able to work on shift schedule during weekend, spr/ltvp/local singaporean only. Working days 5.5 days per week, working hours 9-6pm.
