The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Curriculum Support and Governance Officer to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating internal and external accreditation activities, supporting curriculum projects, and assisting with teaching and learning initiatives across the School of Education.

You will:
Coordinate and support accreditation and re-accreditation processes (with the Teacher Registration Board of WA, and Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority).
Ensure compliance with internal and external governance and regulatory requirements.
Manage timelines, data collation, and documentation for curriculum development and course reviews.
Coordinate teaching and learning projects and support curriculum transformation and improvement initiatives.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, academic and professional staff, and governance teams.

Experience
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
Completion of a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with at least five years’ subsequent experience in administration and complex project support.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with external stakeholders and/or regulatory authorities.
Strong ability to write, edit, and prepare formal documentation for both internal and external audiences to a high professional standard.
High level of digital literacy, including experience using large corporate systems to input, extract, and interpret data, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related applications.
Proven ability to deliver efficient, high-quality service in a complex and deadline-driven environment.
Ability to provide high-level, confidential executive support while managing competing priorities and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective networks across a large and complex organisation.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing position attracts remuneration ranging from $92,087 to $99,353, plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
