The role to support the coordination of service delivery and process improvements across the curriculum to ensure the delivery of the key portfolio responsibilities of the PVC (Programs and Pathways).
Key account-abilities provide transactional support curriculum administration processes referring or escalating as appropriate. Maintain and apply knowledge of student administration and/or policies and procedures relating to Curriculum.
Undertake student administration transactional processing using a range of student administration systems including the curriculum management system, ensuring timely, accurate and quality assured data processing, and undertaking a range of associated administrative related tasks. Process written, email, phone or in-person enquiries in a timely manner. Provide feedback to support process and systems improvement. Prioritise time and tasks to meet targets and timelines. Provide information and data as requested.
Required Skills, Knowledge and experience experience in curriculum administration. Knowledge of the higher education system. Able to contribute to continual improvement initiatives within the portfolio. Experience completing high volume administration functions. Familiarity with business systems. Experience using databases and running reports. Ability to build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Selection criteria experience in curriculum administration. Knowledge of curriculum administration processes and associated policies. Strong ability to work and communicate effectively both written and orally with others.
Experience in developing and implementing administrative process improvement. Time management and organisational skills, and experience coordinating and delivering on competing deadlines. Experience in high volume administration functions. Strong computer skills. Excellent attention to detail.
