CS Officer location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East.
Commence work on 15 June 2020. $7 per hour (during 2 weeks training), $10 per hour (after training). 8.30am to 5.30pm. Work from home for now, IT equipment will be given.
Main duties attend queries from business owners/representatives via email and calls. Provide accurate advice and support in accordance to company’s service standards. Enter/Log all cases into the case management system accurately.
Requirements Singaporean only. Min Diploma with relevant customer service experience preferred. Able to commence work in short notice.
