About This Opportunity we are seeking a tertiary educated individual who has a hands on approach when it comes to all things analytical, marketing, BI and of course, CRM. We are currently migrating to Adobe Cloud so experience with this program is essential. This role is to start as soon as possible.
Key Performance Indicators of this role include but are not limited to managing Customer Lifecycle- Supervise and coordinate key changes to the customer lifecycle in response to regulation changes.
Marketing Analytics- Identify technology changes and opportunities, ensure that data set is clean, reliable and accurate. Customer Segmentation- Drive customer insights and make recommendations to support effective marketing campaigns. Weekly Reporting, Supervise the loading of new lead information, ADHOC work as required.
About you as an ideal candidate for NHC/Amplifon, you will have strong experience with a passion for career development, learning and embracing training. You work closely and communicate well with our in house teams and enjoy voicing new ideas and understanding the journey the business is on.
You will also have experience in Customer lifecycle management – Development and ownership. Identify key drop off points Within the customer lifecycle and working with wider team(s) to improve. Identify, analyse & interpret trends & patterns in complex data sets. Customer profiling & analytics.
Document & manage segmentation rules in CRM & Data Warehouse. Drive customer insights & make recommendations to support effective marketing campaigns. Develop reporting on campaign results, trends, understanding the campaign funnel. Developing revenue generating campaigns. Data Enrichment. Working with external data providers to improve the quality of existing data to improve revenue results.
Develop best communication strategy to deliver the best ROI. Working experience with call centres and retail sales teams to understand business processes. Experience with an external mail house and pricing negotiations. Direct Marketing multi-channel strategy experience. Adobe Cloud experience a must.
