Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be part of the Melbourne based Marketing team responsible for both the Australian and NZ customer base. Internally, you will be the subject matter expert for CRM & Loyalty initiatives, responsible for strategic development of programs, technology initiatives and external agency partner relationships. You will also be an integral part of the development and roll-out of a new Loyalty Program this year.

Results driven and analytical, this role is designed for a candidate with solid technical competency who can leverage consumer, transactional and demographic data to deliver personalised CRM programs through email, SMS, in-app messaging and social media channels. You have worked across customer segmentation, CRM planning, journey mapping and testing strategies and have a sound understanding of automation platforms (SFMC preferred), and can provide comprehensive reporting and insights to the broader business.

Ideally you have 5-8 years of CRM experienced gained working with large B2C databases and can work in a matrix organisation able to navigate a wide variety of external stakeholders and partner relationships to achieve project objectives.
