With 37 stores nationwide and a bold growth strategy, we’re looking for a data-driven and proactive CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to manage direct marketing campaigns, optimise customer lifecycle journeys, and support our loyalty program across Bevilles’ national footprint.

What You’ll Do:
Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and inbound channels
Lead campaign briefing, performance tracking, and reporting
Optimise engagement through A/B testing and audience segmentation
Support loyalty program operations and internal team education
Analyse data to reduce churn and increase customer value
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years in CRM, retention, or direct marketing roles
Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
Retail marketing experience and omni-channel understanding
Technical knowledge of campaign automation and loyalty tools
