About the role are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a challenge. We have a great opportunity for an Administration Officer who will support the Service Group.

As an Administration Officer you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administrative tasks. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and can self-manage.

Key accountabilities demonstrate initiative and accountability. Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Managing the administration email box for the Service Group. Excellent at time management and prioritizing. Ability to manage day to day office systems.

Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions. Responsible for managing emails and phone calls to the office. Assisting officers with computer requests. Mailing external partners. Good Data entry skills.
