TPG Telecom started with a belief that we can make things better for Australians. We believe in the power of meaningful relationships to support vibrant, connected communities where everyone belongs. It’s our why; our reason to exist. Now, we’re proud to be one of Australia’s leading mobile and internet providers. We’re not just redefining telco, we’re changing its course. And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

We’re reimagining how creativity drives our challenger brands forward, and we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Producer to be a driving force within our ambitious internal team. You will be the central orchestrator behind the smooth, efficient delivery of all creative projects across print, digital, social media, and performance marketing channels. This is a pivotal role managing the end-to-end creative process, ensuring campaigns and design requests are rigorously prioritised, strategically trafficked, and delivered on time, with exceptional quality and unwavering strategic alignment.

You’ll work closely with our internal clients—from marketing, media, customer loyalty teams, and corporate communications—to deeply understand their needs, proactively manage expectations, and seamlessly coordinate with our talented creative team to bring bold campaigns to life. You will be instrumental in establishing the "Clarity & Flow" that truly empowers our team to chase big ideas, not just deadlines.

You'll make impact by:

Creative Workflow Management: Own the intake, meticulous triage, and strategic prioritisation of all creative briefs across our diverse channels (print, digital, social, performance marketing). Manage the entire creative project lifecycle from briefing to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, uncompromising quality standards, and precise brand guidelines.
Capacity Planning & Traffic Management: Expertly coordinate workloads and capacity planning for our growing creative team to optimise efficiency, proactively prevent bottlenecks, and ensure the right talent is assigned to the right project at the right time.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the creative team. Your role is to ensure all briefs are complete and strategically sound, while providing transparent, consistent communication on project status, timelines, and scope trade-offs.
Process Facilitation: Skillfully facilitate regular design work-in-progress (WIP) sessions for proactive planning, thorough review, and early risk identification. You will be key in holding team members accountable for timings and fostering highly efficient working practices.
Performance Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and analytics teams to incorporate performance insights and support creative optimisation initiatives, ensuring our output is not just visually stunning, but consistently effective.
Tool & Workflow Optimisation: Maintain and champion best practices for project tracking tools and workflows tailored to mixed media outputs. Proactively identify and seize opportunities to improve existing systems and processes, driving continuous efficiency gains.
What you’ll bring:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of extensive experience as a Creative Producer, Integrated Producer, Project Manager, Traffic Manager, or a similar role, expertly managing multi-channel creative workflows within an agency (internal or external) or fast-paced marketing environment.
Creative Process Acumen: A strong, demonstrable understanding of end-to-end creative processes across print, digital, social media, and performance marketing.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations, negotiate effectively, and build strong, trusting, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Organisational & Traffic Skills: Excellent organisational and traffic management skills, with proven experience in capacity planning, workload prioritisation, and meticulously maintaining project schedules.
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with industry-standard project management and workflow tools - JIRA, Asana, Monday.com.
Ideally, you will also have:

Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with variable project sizes and constantly shifting priorities, consistently demonstrating resilience and proactive problem-solving skills.
Internal Agency Experience: Experience working in internal agencies or in-house marketing teams is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of unique internal dynamics.
External Agency Coordination (Beneficial): Experience coordinating projects or assets with external agencies (e.g., production houses, advertising agencies) is a significant plus.
