As our service base expands and our client list grows, MFL Logistics is seeking motivated individuals who are eager to provide premium delivery and pick-up services. We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated team players who yearn to be part of an energetic group working together to achieve remarkable outcomes.

This role entails daily work across the Brisbane to Lismore, Toowoomba, Gympie, and SEQ regions. Many of our deliveries are critical & time-sensitive and require discretion and promptness. If you're available for an immediate start following our interview process, we want to hear from you.

Personal attributes  A COVID Vaccination is mandatory due to our work in the medical industry. A deep commitment to the work ethic of our business and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. A focus on customer service and a willingness to learn the industry.

The ability to think quickly and adapt to changing time frames and situations, all while upholding our service standards. Eagerness to learn from teammates with extensive industry and business sector experience. Comfortable working in a high-volume environment. Both a team player and capable of working independently.

Strong communication skills and time management. A passion for innovation and enthusiasm for the task at hand. Willingness to participate in MFL Logistics' "Return to Work" and Rehabilitation program in the event of a work-related injury. Availability for overtime or weekend work as needed to meet business requirements. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Education & experience secondary education. Willingness to learn. Familiarity with IT systems for mobile units (training will be provided). License A care license is sufficient. Other Work experience in the logistics industry is highly regarded.
