The opportunity within this varied and multifaceted role, you will be the face of QBE in our Auckland office, with a wide range of duties from receptionist to office management, you will be providing administration support to both the Auckland and Regional offices as well as the GM Sales & Relationships and EA to the CEO.

Some of the things you will be responsible for are supporting the onboarding for new starters. Ensuring our facilities are maintained. Maintain inventory levels for all stationery, batteries and kitchen consumables for the Auckland office.

Help with any projects as required. Contractor Management and liaising with key suppliers and contractors for maintenance and ensuring agreed on standards are maintained. Ad hoc requirements- from staff events and special requests. Prep the front office and common areas and meeting rooms for the start of each new day. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers and liaise with Account Managers of NZ Post and NZ Couriers for any account queries.

Your story so far you’ll enjoy having responsibility over our beautifully presented offices in the Central CBD and being the go-to person for our team at QBE. With previous experience in a receptionist or administration role you will have an independent approach to work. Have excellent communication skills. Be a natural organiser. Dependable & reliable. Proficient in Microsoft office.
