Corporate Receptionist Randstad location Auckland. $60k - $68k p.a.

Modern, brand new office / located on the waterfront we are currently looking for a well-versed corporate receptionist to join a well known large organisation - with a great central location. Our client is dedicated to helping New Zealand enterprises grow, and succeed.

A typical day greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. Preparing meeting and training rooms. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks, such as documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

We are looking for an experienced, bubbly, and motivated individual, who can deliver excellent customer service, with a smile. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. The successful candidate will have great verbal communication skills and phone manner. We are looking for candidates who practices good time management and organisational skills.
