Corporate Receptionist Talent Connect Australia location Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to join an amazing team as soon as possible. Working in Chatswood, this is a full time role working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. This opportunity has the potential to go permentant and 1 or 2 months.

Your day to day meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival. Assisting the wider team with administrative tasks. Manage the front desk, meetings rooms, diary & email management. Develop a general knowledge of the company’s business and customers. Setting up of meeting rooms and organising catering. Organise couriers for pick-up and delivery. Facilities coordination. Process orders/invoices.

Experience minimum 1 year of corporate reception experience. Professional attitude with great communication skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to self-manage and work well in a fast-paced environment. Efficient and competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
