Our Darley Stallion roster for 2022 consists of 18 G1-winning stallions, standing at our Kelvinside property in New South Wales and Northwood Park in Victoria.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Corporate Office Assistant. Based at our Head Office in Edgecliff, Sydney. The Corporate Office Assistant maintains the working environment through organisation and support of the office and corporate team members. As the first point of contact for people visiting and calling Edgecliff, the role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support, and effective liaison with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include responsible for the management and organisation of office, reception, kitchen and board room cleaning, maintenance and service and requirements. Provide general administrative support including data input and word processing for corporate departments and projects as required.

Provide general administrative support where required for the Managing Directors administrative needs for overflow, events and annual leave needs. Provide service to meetings, including preparation of room such as room set up, meeting materials, AV and refreshments as required.

Responsible for the management of staff race day general ticketing including; processing staff requests, ticket allocations, communications and processing with race clubs and liaison with stakeholders. Maintain corporate apartment; bookings, cleaners, housekeeping pre and post guest stays, including changing of linen, laundry, restocking of supplies and rubbish removal.

Criteria well organised, well presented, and confident team player, with a proven track record of punctual and reliable work attendance. Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong customer service skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people.

Data entry experience with high degree of accuracy, proficient with MS Office applications. Driver’s licence, and flexibility to work out of hours and weekends as required. Understanding of the thoroughbred industry is preferred, but not essential.
