Job descriptions develop keen understanding of business in terms of P&L revenue and cost drivers, marketing, user engagement and acquisition strategies. Independent thinker who is able to actively problem solve, evaluating recommendations by coordinating research and synthesizing findings, and develop solutions that ensures timely decision making.

Able to communicate recommendations to senior team members and stakeholders. Support team leader in partnering with business leaders and function teams to perform analysis and develop insights to inform on key business decisions. Coordinate with project teams to develop scope, budget, timeline, resourcing and risks. Develop excel and powerpoint templates for reporting / report generation process. Able to support investment and M&A team in analysis and due diligence.

Job requirements 3+ years in top management consulting, corporate development company. Experience in developing business strategy, improving operations and running projects. Keen interest in crypto industry or worked in financial services industry. Excellent analytics, problem solving and communication skills with junior and senior stakeholders. Must be a very quick learner to understand the business, financial statements especially P&L, operations investment areas and expected returns. Experience with business intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau).
