Varied role. Job-Share temp assignment - (temp to perm). Committed to a sustainable future. Northern Suburb. We are delighted to partner with our client, a high profile international company known for its prestigious brand of products and services.

An opportunity has become available for a highly motived individual to undertake the  role of Corporate Administrator in a job share basis. Please note, we are ideally seeking 2 talented individuals to job share this role, ideally to work 5 days per week either a morning shift or afternoon shift.

This client is very flexible and is open to other times/days  The right candidates are professional with a high level of initiative and excellent communication skills who enjoys dealing with all levels of staff and external parties.

Responsibilities include manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail and couriers. Meet and greet all external visitors and contractors. Administration for Fleet Management for Company Cars. Provide admin support to the People and Culture department.

Cover for Corporate Executive Assistant on ad hoc basis. Manage travel bookings as required. Other ad hoc administrative duties as directed by management. Demonstrated key competencies and qualifications experience in reception, customer service and administration procedures. Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation. This position offers professional development and career progression.
