With the recent exponential growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-tasking sales coordinator to bolster our sales and marketing team.

The Role involves actively seek out new sales opportunities through attending to customer enquiries. Maintaining the CRM system and developing customer leads. Attending to customer calls and emails to generate new sales and business leads. Coordinating of and reporting of EDM, CRM, Social media marketing campaigns, web content development.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and marketing data. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Liaising with sales and marketing staff and operational teams to grow business opportunities. General sales and marketing support.

What you need two years of experience in sales and marketing and CRM. A professional and detailed approach to marketing communication with excellent written and verbal communication. Business savvy and customer focused. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Fast learner and passion for sales. Ability and willingness to take variety of tasks from time to time. Self-motivated with a result driven approach. Positive and can do attitude and willingness to learn. Friendly, enthusiastic, motivated and highly organized. Fully or part qualification in marketing would be an advantage.
