Our role as Coordinator Placement, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting the matching of our customers and their whānau to a Kāinga Ora home that will best meet their needs. The role will be based out of our of New Lynn office however, flexibility will be required to work from other offices in the North West region on needs basis.

This will include identifying initial matches between void properties and our customers, and sharing these with the Advisor Placement to enable pre-housing assessments to be completed. You will collate customer information, maintain our systems and ensure the requisite paperwork is complete to support your team to offer our customers the best placement opportunity.

What you will bring you'll have a wealth of experience providing administrative support, preferably within a large organization. Your cultural awareness and competency will ensure you interact with customers in an inclusive and respectful way that is aligned to their aspirations and preferences. Your attention to detail will be a key strength, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data you collate.

You'll be highly organised, adept at juggling competing demands and with the flexibility and agility to adapt to a busy and changing environment. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and highly-tuned interpersonal skills that will bring you success in relationship-building.
