Opportunity to take ownership, expand multi-skills in a supportive team. Operating at national level, Permanent role - Auckland or Wellington based. Salary $66,735 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.

Our role this challenging role will provide significant support in managing inbound queries, coordinating activity and updating system records to ensure excellent customer service is maintained and records are accurate. You will be part of a busy, dedicated team responsible for coordination and oversight of national issues management, resolution activities, information requests and performance reporting across multiple areas at Kāinga Ora.
What you will bring key to success in this role will be your ability to be proactive, with a focus on providing high quality, consistent support. Also, your willingness to contribute to wider programmes in an evolving team culture.
As our ideal candidate you will demonstrate proficient in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, Teams. A wealth of experience in providing administrative support, preferably within a large, complex organization. Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills, able to juggle competing demands with the flexibility and agility to adapt to a busy and changing environment. You'll have excellent communication skills, especially written, and highly-tuned interpersonal skills that will bring you success in relationship-building.
