Cook or Service Crew location East Coast / Marine Parade, East. Job Type Full-Time.
42 hours a week (7hrs/day x 6 days/week). Shift hour varies from 10am - 10pm (Depends on roster). $1,600 - $1,800 + Good benefits, Paya Lebar.
Main Duties for Cook ensure proper portioning of ingredients and materials handling according to menu requirements. To cook and standardise food quality as expected. Ensure sufficient daily mis-en-place during operations whilst on duty and before going off duty. Upkeep personal hygiene and sanitation according to food handlers’ requirement. Ensure all kitchen utensils are properly maintained, cleaned and stored in designated area.
Main Duties for Service Crew clear and set tables to be ready for guests seating. Direct guests to be seated. Present menu to members/guests. Answering queries on menu items and take orders. Receive food and beverage orders from Supervisor and relay it to kitchen or bar.
