Ozcare has a part time opportunity available for a Cook at our St Louise de Marillac Day Respite Centre.

Your Role

As a Cook you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

Prepare and cook daily nutritional balanced meals
Supervise Domestics and Volunteers directly associated with the kitchen environment (where applicable)
Prepare menus and involve residents' in choice and selection where appropriate
Monitor and comply with Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental practices
Some Kitchen hand shifts will be required as well as cooking

Role Requirements

Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
Current Police Screening Certificate
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (where applicable)
Demonstrated previous cooking experience for large groups would be an advantage
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
