The role an opportunity exists for an Intermediate Contracts Administrator to join our Brisbane team for a fixed twelve month contract, with a possibility of extension at completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to Project Managers and project team/s on multiple concurrent projects to ensure high quality performance and in accordance with contractual obligations, legislation and Bryant policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities support the project team as and when required under direction of the Project Manager. Subcontractor management including preparation of SC packages, scope of works and procurement. Document Control. Progress claim and variation preparation and control. Project coordination. Management and tracking of project expenditure. Administration of RFI’s to stakeholders. Administration of the project HSE system.

Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Qualifications in Construction Management, or trade qualification will be highly regarded, Enjoys teamwork, A quick learner, Proven expertise using project software (ideally Jobpac, MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint). Ability to communicate in a highly professional manner. Ability to interpret plans and drawings.

Experience in $1M to $10M projects, including Design and Construct. Previous experience with commercial construction companies. Knowledge of the Brisbane construction market and subcontractors is preferred. Strong attention to detail. A proven ability in using, improving and developing systems. Stability on your CV will be highly regarded. Full unencumbered Drivers Licence.
