The Opportunity:

Support and work closely with the agency Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base (global)
Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients
Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion
Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms
Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date
Budget forecasting and planning
Contract negotiations
Business development (new & organic).
You:

Currently live in Sydney and have full working rights
Currently work in a talent /influencer agency role
Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent/content creator management, either working within the modelling, talent or influencer management or casting industry
Familiar with using social platforms, including; YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch
Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well-networked
Experience using Slack and Google is ideal
Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license.
